We’re committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and with care. Please read below for all the details on how shipping works at Constellation Clothes.

 

1. Processing Times

 

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
This does not include weekends or public holidays.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on the way, including tracking details (where applicable).

 

2. Shipping Options & Rates

 

We currently ship to addresses within the UK. International shipping will be available soon.

Shipping Method Estimated Delivery Time Cost

Standard 2–3 business days £3.49

Express 1-2 business days £10.99 

All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by delays outside our control (e.g., postal strikes, peak seasons).

 

3. Tracking Your Order

 

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link if tracking is included.
If you haven't received tracking details, feel free to contact us.

 

4. Delivery Issues

 

Please double-check your address before placing an order. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information

  • Lost packages due to address errors

  • Missed deliveries or parcels not collected in time

If your package is returned to us due to a failed delivery, we can resend it (shipping fees may apply) or issue a refund minus original shipping costs.

 

5. International Shipping
